ICS Engineers is a proprietary company formed by B. Sivaramakrishnan . He holds a Diploma in Electrical Engineering from Directorate of Technical Education –Tamilnadu and has served in leading transformer manufacturing companies in Chennai for more than two decades in design , manufacture, testing , commissioning and servicing transformers. He has also travelled extensively to various places in India with regard to trouble shooting in electrical system and servicing . A dedicated team under the leadership of Mr. Sivaramakrishnan is engaged in providing the following services and products to the customers.

Having Tie up With transformer manufacturer for the manufacture and supply of New transformer up to 5 MVA 33 KV Class oil cooled transformers and DRY type( both VPI and ERC) transformers up to 2500 kva

Servicing of oil cooled and dry type transformers.

We have a well Experienced and dedicated team to take up the servicing activities of transformers and allied equipments at site. Where ever the transformer needs replacement of coils , the fresh coils would be wound and processed at factory. The processed coils are then transported to the site in safe enclosures with proper care to avoid any transit damages. On receipt the coils will be assembled at site and the service work will be completed. The serviced transformer will be subjected to High Voltage test and Open Circuit test at 112 % (depending upon the limitations at site ) and then put into service.
All the replaced items are guaranteed for 12 months against any manufacturing defect.
We also under take conversion of transformers with off circuit tap changing to on -load tap changing type.
